15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SaveFromIns is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
